Returns
If you change your mind, you can return most items within 14 days of delivery.
Items must be:
- unused
- in original condition
- in original packaging
To arrange a return, please contact us before sending your item back.
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is faulty or incorrect.
Preference Returns
Preference returns include items returned due to:
- colour
- size
- style
- finish
- personal preference
These items must be returned to us and cannot be disposed of.
Faulty or Damaged Items
Under the Consumer Rights Act 2015, items must be:
- of satisfactory quality
- fit for purpose
- as described
If your item is faulty or damaged:
- please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos where possible
- we will offer a repair, replacement or refund where appropriate
After 6 months, we may require evidence that the fault was present at the time of purchase.
Refunds
Refunds are processed once your returned item has been:
- received
- inspected and approved
This usually takes 5–7 working days, or up to 10 working days during busy periods.
Refunds will be issued to your original payment method.
Important Information
- Refunds are not issued until returned items are received and checked
- In some cases of confirmed damage or fault, a return may not be required
- If a return is delayed or missing, we will investigate before issuing a refund
