Can I change or cancel my order?
We’ll always try to help, but once an order has been processed or dispatched, we’re usually unable to make changes.

When will my order arrive?

Do I need to sign for delivery?
Not always. Depending on the courier, delivery may be confirmed with tracking, photos or a safe place.
What if my item arrives damaged or faulty?
Please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos, and we’ll resolve it as quickly as possible.
What if a fault develops later?
Get in touch as soon as possible and we’ll take a look. We’ll always aim to resolve things fairly.
Why might items look slightly different from photos?
Many pieces feature natural materials or finishes, so small variations in colour, texture or detail can occur.
